To attend a meeting, the following is required:

Java-enabled Internet Explorer 5.0 or later, Netscape Navigator 6.0 or later (and Netscape Navigator 4.75 for Windows 95) or Mozilla Firefox 1.0, or later.
Windows 2000, ME, NT 4.0, XP (Home or Professional edition), or Windows Server 2003
High speed internet access.
Minimum of Pentium III or Pentium IV with 256 MB of RAM
Regular telephone or cell phone to dial into an audio bridge to listen to the instructor's voice. Alternatively, you can have computer built-in audio system.

› How do I start using an online meeting?

It is really easy to start using and you can be up and running in a couple of minutes. It is that easy. Once you have registered, we will walk you through the set up process.

› What is the training schedule?

Classes are held on weekdays or weekends as per Eastern Standard Time. The schedule is updated on a regular basis but if you have a question, please feel free to contact us.
